Utilizes a larger base for ease of movement when handling heavier loads.
Incorporates a drive shaft to assure a smooth and responsive movement under heavier loads.
Front facing storage configuration allows 50% of stored materials to be accessible at all times.

Track and In-Track Anti-Tip Track with optional Safety Yellow End Stops
Aluminum Extrusion side members 2" x 1.5"
Carriage wheels are 1-1/2" diameter and designed to run on V-Groove Tracks. Wheels are installed at eachcorner or center if back-to-back configuration. 3,000 lbs. capacity per carriage.
Anti-Drift Mechanism is an optional safety feature that prevents the carriages from drifting when engaged.
Light-weight Applications
Standard Manual Carriage is primarily used in lightweight applications such as: retail (shoes, apparel and handbags), lightweight open shelf filing, food storage, linen storage and general supply storage.
Heavy-weight Applications
Heavy-Duty Manual Carriage is the most suitable option when storing materials such as apparel and shoe storage, furnishing, small appliances and electronics, densely stored supplies, archival storage, large record and filing storage.

Heavy Duty Flat Track is less than 3-1/4" wide, 1/2" at it's highest point with 3/4" wide steel insert. It's made from aluminum.
Aluminum Extrusion side members 3-3/8" x 2"
Recessed End Stops are 3/4" high and prevent carriages from rolling off tracks.
The double-flanged 3-1/4" diameter heavy duty mechanical steel wheel assemblies designed to run on 3/4" wide Flat Track.

VERSATILE & SEAMLESS MOVEMENT
The Mechanical-Assist Carriage seamlessly integrates into any storage environment. Its mobility and user-friendly design make it an excellent choice for optimizing storage space for heavier loads. Each carriage has a weight capacity of 1,000 lbs. per linear foot allowing the user to move these heavy loads with a simple turn of the handle. The Mechanical-Assist Carriage ensures that your merchandise is securely stored and easily accessible, enhancing the functionality of storage solutions.
Mechanical-Assist Carriage’s versatility allows it to be used simply as a matter of preference in virtually any storage situation; however, ideal applications are “big-box” storage environments, warehouse storage, X-Ray or large record storage, archival storage, apparel storage, shoe storage, equipment storage, RTA furniture and appliance storage.
Office & Filing Storage
