ease of installation
The floor track system is an alternative to our standard V-Groove track. The Flat Track maintains the standard features of our V-Groove track and incorporates the same ease of installation. The track shelving system is manufactured with a low profile and tapered sides, eliminating tripping hazards and making it easy for carts and other equipment to be moved in and out of the aisle. The Flat Track is available with our built-in anti tip bracket safety feature, which enhances the functionality of the track shelving system and ensures stability.
All tracks are ADA compliant unless otherwise stated. All tracks are cut to specific lengths based on the project. Pipp carriages require a floor track system under each shelving upright, integrating seamlessly with the anti tip bracket for enhanced safety.
Heavy Duty Flat Track is less than 3-1/4” wide, 1/2” at its highest point and is made from aluminum. It has a flat steel insert that is 3/4” wide. This track will eliminate debris in the groove. There is no adjustability within the track for this style but this track can be leveled through shimming. This track can be used with the Heavy Duty Manual Carriage and the Mechanical-Assist Carriage.

ADA compliant
The track shelving system is a floor track system that can be installed on a variety of surfaces. The low-profile design and tapered sides eliminate tripping hazards and make it easy for carts and other equipment to be moved in and out of the aisle. The installation of the floor track system is very easy with minimal anchoring. The V-Groove track is ADA compliant and is available with our built-in anti tip bracket safety feature, which works seamlessly with a track shelving system for enhanced stability.
All tracks are ADA compliant unless otherwise stated. All tracks are cut to specific lengths based on the project. Pipp carriages require a floor track system under each shelving upright, ensuring compatibility with anti tip brackets for optimal safety and functionality.
V-Groove Track Systems are available for Standard Manual Carriages, Lateral Manual Carriages, and EZ-Track Lateral Carriages.
Secured Tracking
The anti tip bracket is a safety feature available on all of our track shelving systems, stabilizing the mobile shelving system and eliminating the potential for tipping hazards. The In-Track anti tip bracket is a 5.34” wide, 0.5” high, precipitation-hardened aluminum track with no adjustability, designed for use with carriages featuring an In-Track Anti-Tip tab. It includes a slot specifically for the anti tip bracket.
The EZ-Track base and an anti tip bracket arm travel along the base to prevent shelving from tipping. When the carriage tips, the arm engages the floor track system. The EZ-Track base is installed directly under stationary and mobile storage units, secured to the carriage with corner plate screws, and is not recommended for units over 88-1/4” tall.
In-Track Anti-Tip is 5.34″ wide, .5” at its highest point, and is made from precipitation hardened aluminum. There is no adjustability within the track for this style. The ITAT Track is specifically designed to be used with our carriages with the In-Track Anti-Tip tab. The track has a slot in the track where the anti-tip tab is located. Available as both Standard and Heavy Duty options.
EZ-Track Anti-Tip consists of an EZ-Track base with an EZ-Track carriage anti-tip arm which prevents shelving from tipping. The EZ-Track anti-tip arm is free to travel in the EZ-Track base as the carriage is moved along the track. If the carriage begins to tip, the arm immediately engages the base rail. Installed, the EZ-Track base is secured by being positioned directly under the rear stationary storage units and mobile storage unit secured to the carriage by attaching the unit to the carriage corner plates using supplied attaching screws. Not recommended for units exceeding 88-1/4” in height.
