Are you looking for a challenging career? Our Account Managers are the inside point of contact for our retail and/or dealer accounts. They are proficient at managing multiple accounts, establishing a plan to meet or exceed customer specifications. Through communication with the customer, outside sales team and internal departments, they create detailed proposals which include explanation of the product, design descriptions and installation instructions, utilizing up-sell opportunities when appropriate. They follow the project from the point of contact through to the installation. They work independently, but also as a part of a dedicated team to provide exemplary customer service to all of our customers, which include national retail companies, general contractors, architects and dealers.
To be successful in this position, the individual must demonstrate the following qualities and abilities:
- Urgency and responsiveness with quality output
- Professional attitude in communications and presentation
- Prioritization, organization and time management
- Solid work ethic
Preferred experience and education:
- Associates degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
- Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems preferred
